I have done it later and earlier. I reckon it wouldn't be too hard for someone who is on to it but much harder if HE has PGR'd.

Big plants but height is about 1.2-1.5 and a girth of 1.5

It's not hard to put roots on a flowering cutting if you are good with clones, it just takes a while to reveg and you have to keep it happy while it does that. If it has been PGR'd it will put on roots but then need to cycle out all the PGRs before it can reveg, I have had a cutting take 2 months to reveg after roots were established because it had been Exploded.

Yeah, I have take a clone as late as 6weeks... it took 2-3weeks to root a month and a half to re veg. basically if you have the dome dialed in to support it without roots for 2-3 weeks it should be fine. Have no idea about cloning PGR'ed bud tho

She has some of the nicest old skool strains but trouble is she sells cuts for 500-1500 depending on strain unless you have known her for ages like me and my mate have and then you pay fuckall for them

Man from what ive seen she does mass produce but fuck man its quality smoko and its def worth getting some cuts . She is where i got my original northern lights from
