What would constitute the plant not flowering over winter outdoors protected from rain but gets light? Is it a heat thing? Or is it a light thing?

I reckon that will knock your socks off lol

From Mr Nice: In the Southern Hemisphere June would be an expected time of completion, but too south again we would not recommend for outdoor flowering to completion as the cold and rains can inhibit the plant finishing properly
I expect it to. Good pheno is damn good.

I've still got a sativa, pink Floyd, outdoors under cover still chugging along, by the look of it I'd say it's got a couple of weeks to go, had a couple of frosts last week, doesn't seem affected yet, can't believe how long its taking, hope its worth it
Id be surprised if your not impressed.

i dont know why ruderalis strains became so popular its pretty easy to change photoperiod to 12 hours. Is it outdoors they became popular for summer harvest? i havent seen a decent yeilding auto yet..not even heath robinson got a good yeild of one of the earliest autos, easy rider or whatever it was called.

Lack of warmth and light would be your catalyst. Finishing off with colder temps with phenos that have blueberry through them, old school landrace like Afghan, will bring out some beautiful hues. But trying to get them to run during winter in the complete opposite is akin to kicking sand in your own face. However greatness is never gained, learnt, achieved by doing what the masses do. Try something different like what you are doing could yield something different. Would love to see the outcome.

Guys grow through winter in the US and Canada in tiny greenhouses, they just utilise tube heaters and throw a blanket over it at night time.

I've been trying to flower another couple plants for a seed run outside in an Aldi greenhouse, they got to about 2 weeks into flower and have stopped growing. They're not dying, but not growing either, colds fucked them

Anyone here had a go at some dragons flame genetics ?
I can vouch for them
The dude that breeds is using genetics that i would be the only one in aust to have ( theres a story as to how he and myself got hold of those beans in 2015.
Orange o.g, grand master kush ,sr71 etc
You could send him a pm and ask what strains he has at the moment with these in them....
Amber dragon has the orange o.g and sr71 in it crossed with honeybee
Id recommend that one and and orange dreams

No fuck ups with autos or you get a shit yield. My autos yield 5 oz or more.
