Man, they are some monster bud!!

I guess you already know this, but if you're sending stuff interstate a courier service will still get searched at quarantine. And plant matter can't (or isn't supposed to) travel interstate from certain states to others.

If you're sending it to someone in your own state, then a courier would be fine and not ask any questions, so long as it doesn't stink like crazy. lol

hey when do you know its time to flush? I know you want 1/2 to 3/4 of the trichs umber but they only stay in this state for like 4 days i think? So for an 8 week strain that had the lights flicked on the 1st of March should i just flush at 7 weeks? or do i go off a certain magical colour change?

The two strains are:
Jock Horror auto (although no auto traits displayed and is sativa)
White Rhino (nice fat indica dom)

Both say 8-10 weeks for bud. Im after potent but not really the heavy ass fucked off your face can't move from the couch potent.

courier companies tend to pick up from an address, or ask for an address or at the very least a contact number. I guess you could always lie though.

a friend sent me a little green from adelaide and she put it in the circle bit of a cd case, in a cd box, and addressed it like it was from a kid to my address but wrong name, and didn't put a return address on the back. Got to me just fine! i wish she'd do it again :(

hey cheers guys, i know im surprised myself how big these colas turned out :P
im going to chop most of it this weekend depending on how the trichs are and leave the rest to go another week

after talking with my mate earlier i dont think it'd be wise sending buds through mail, possible yes but too risky for me so i wont im too paranoid :lol:

ok this is my veg cabinet few hours of messing round as im no cabinet builder or any sort of builder for that matta

velcro strips for the front and to make sure of no light leak i got some magnets glued some duct tape some as my plastic didt go round far enough an magnets would't stick so duct tape lenghthened it a bit and that seemed to work

anyway this is the guts of and old fridge few boards few screws few bits of velcro magnets and duct tape bobs ya uncle and a grand total of 0 dollars to make as it was just old shit i had lieing round

anyway i hope it works.

the only thing i dnt have any fans im just thinking a couple of pc fans should do it as its pretty small.

An ezifan from Discount hydro sells for pretty cheap and moves a fair amount of air. I have a veg/clone/seed cabinet about the same size as yours and run it into the box with a small opening to escape and it replaces the air several times a minute im sure.

1 Plant chopped and trimmed, this was the one which looked like the lowest yield aswell and was still a pain in the ass lol, i tried to get some close ups of the purple, wasnt easy focusing but you can def see it,

I've hung the big buds up and all the popcorn buds get placed on the screen to dry, i left a shitload of popcorn bud and a few colas still on the plant, im gonna let them go for an extra week, so heres what ive got done so far, 2 big plants yet to chop gonna be a long fucking day, im just waiting on my mate to get here so we can really get into it :weed:

I've been drying this one for a week now, i might take a little sample in a few hours :lol:
the trichs were mostly cloudy when i cut this crown off, hoping to get that sativa quality.
The bud isnt dry in that photo, i took that pic last week

anyhow hope everyones having a great weekend, catch use up later!

Get yourself a trimmer dude. I managed to get a hold of a mates and fuck me it does a good job. Took me several hours to hand trim a couple hundred grams last time....took me less than 15mins to do it this way haha. They sell for $400-500 new or if your craftier than crafty you can find them on ebay for $150-200.


ANYWAY, Looks fucking nice man!!! Got a pretty decent yield from them judging by pics. What is wet weight? Also on that note, whats the rule for wet weight and dry weight? (ie. how much would dry be given X amount of wet?)

[2¢]I usually loose about 60-70% of the weight in the drying/curing process.
Not flushing chems will also increase final dry weight, but thats evil unless its organic crap.
Flushing with straight water left me with around 25%.
A good flushing agent usually increases it to around 35%.
Kinda depends on the plant too (Resin content, stem, etc).[/2¢]
