There really isn't an ideal wattage per plant, and there are a lot of different options for lighting. Wattage really isn't as important as lumens, and your plants are going to want 6000+ lumens to grow really well. With just one plant you could do just fine with a few CFL's as long as you make sure to get ones in the proper spectrums for plant growth, or you could go with a flourescent ballast with t5/t8 grow tubes in it (cost about $25 from wally world for the 4 ft model that will handle 2-3 plants). I personally use HID lights (400w with MH bulb for vegging and a 600w with HPS bulb for flowering), but it's not really worth the expense to buy and run them unless your growing at least 5-6 plants at a time.
P.S.- My grow isn't an autoflower variety, but it is blueberry. DJ Shorts unreal blueberry, to be exact.
