I just defoliated, so don't freak lmao, but it's for sure female
Yikes …. Well , autos definitely hate such heavy handed training under most circumstances as they do not have the time to recover properly. It may survive this it may not. Time will tell if she ends up stunted or just try to flower as is.

I personally would not have done this v

Good words of advice, I will leave it as is, and not touch it, see what happens, and I plan to do no training to the other two autos.

Most autos run around 90 day average ( depending on strain ) …. I am betting this cost you in yield.

Simple LST training maybe even a single topping but none of that schwazzing crap. And no fans left either.

Welp

But look at all the bud sites, is there even a chance it would flower, if I keep her going no training

I find it easier to use LST to break typical xmas tree shape and open her up in middle areas … minor defol and leaf tucking - thats it.
