Auto seedlings in jiffy pots?

I know I should put the autos straight into there container cause they dnt like transplanting. However, with bad luck and not ideal situations is it ok to start germed seeds in jiffy pots? I thought I could raise them in jiffy pots to they got a few sets of leaves and then get them outside in there bigger pots.

I have a small plastic green house made for tomato plants. It's big enough to get them started in and I thought about putting a cfl above them for a couple weeks. I considered setting the greenhouse outside but temps are supposed to be near 100 for the next week.

So what's the thoughts of seedlings in large jiffy pots under a cfl then transplanted to 3 gallon smart pots?

That's my plan
