Auto water feeders. Need some help.

I have a 40 gallon reservoir and a 1/3 hp sump pump, 1/2” pex line feeding bubbler (8 spouts) each feeding with a 1/4 hose and sprayers. Everything is in 5 gal pots with coco perlite. All on a timer or was for 1/2 day
. Here’s my problem... Its siphoning my reservoir and flooding my room. How do I get it to stop siphoning?? Watched a video where this dude pops a hole at the top but that’s not an option due to overspray. Surely I can’t be the only one with this issue. Any help would be MUCH APPRECIATED! Thanks

1. mount your pump above water line
2. if not, make a circle in your line. it will stop auto siphoning

It’s a sump pump so it has to be submerged in the reservoir. I will give the circle a shot. Thanks

i use a DiG 6 site manifold . i jsut keep one of the outlets open which stops the siphoning

Ahh. I see. So pump at base, run up to manifold. Leave one of the manifolds open to break the siphoning?

yep, i used a 4" riser to give a bit of room between submersible pump and the DiG. and yep, one open which breaks the siphoning. i'm pretty sure DiG makes a 12 site too.
