Autoflower trichs can stay milky/cloudy up to plant death.
You can harvest part of the plant with no problem. And that could up a THC and resin production in what left.
For me they look ready. You can keep them a week more, if you are not sure.

I’ve tested both ways, when I do a proper flush the final product burns way better than without flush. I live in a place famous for cannabis production, and I’ve been privileged to learn from a ton of professional growers. Every commercial grower has a different method / ideology regarding flushing, but they all flush their plants.
