View attachment 950252View attachment 950254Any idea what could be wrong with this short rider? She's 2 weeks old and i've just moved her outside. She was under some cfls in a grow box but just wasnt growing, then kinda started curling and turning yellow. i had it under about 60 watts of cfl. i think it could be heat stress but my temps in my box were always 75. What can i do for it to help it recover. Its been outside for 1 day so far and hasnt changed a bit. any ideas?

edit: don't know if you can tell but its only about an inch tall.
sorry to bump my own post but its still looking like this, its gotten a little yellower. Please someone let me know what i can do to help get her healthy. this isnt happening to any of my other plants and there under the same conditions.

how do you think these 3 lowryder #2 in the back and 3 auto bluberry in the front of aerogarden will turn out.

They are all exactly 4 weeks from germination.

The swag bush on left can and probably will be removed. I'll find a remote outdoor place for it.

I then want to put aerogarden in center and add (3) 20w soft cfl's on both sides for a total of 120w soft cfls and 78w total in full light spectrum. Right now i only have a total of 132w in cfls.

please share your thoughts as to how i could improve my yield... thanx

Ok so i live in alaska so if you want to do an outdoor grow you have to grow autos, my question is how big of holes should one dig for autos outside im sure they dont need no hudge 3x3 hole like other plants. how long should u keep an auto indoors b4 going out. they should be getting 20 roughly 20 hours of daylight everyday for their whole life any sugestion on what size pot to start them in cuz u dont want to stunt the tap root with autos right?

looking healthy and quite big for the lights u are using m8, gd job only way to get bigger yield apart from gd health throughout is to increase wattage of lights, they look like they will certainly be a gd 2 to 3 ft tall easy:)

and thanks uptosumptin im sure u will love the mi5s mine started flower at 3 1/2 weeks so look forward to that :) keep us updated as will i take it easy

depends how long your keeping them in pots, they grow so quick I wouldnt keep them in pots for more then a few weeks if your gonna be putting in the ground. No point in growing the plant for a month and then putting in ground, its already almost as tall as its gonna get, and half its life is done. Probably woulnd get a chance to send roots down into the ground. Maybe just keep in 2-3 gallon pots outside? Thats what Im doing.

I Have some questions ,Hopin to get some good answers , Maybe even a good debate  lol , I`ve planted
5- Big Budda autos
5- Auto-Marias
5- snow ryders
5 -white russians
5- Mi5
5-easyryders
5-ak47`s
2- auto-assians

All fems on the 4/18 along with 10 mixed purple jems everything was up on 420 :hump: , I`ve added 5 more auto assians an 5 NY Diesels 5/13 ,

Well there all growin in 2 gallon pot`s with Pro-Mix BX , an 2 1000wt HPS LIGTHS IN SUN SYSTEM XXXL MAGNUM Hoods , after wk 2 I gave them fox farm grow big an as the all started budding I switched to Tiger Bloom , I only give them the fox farms once a week an water the rest of the days .They look awesome , Also runnin C02 , And runnin my ligths at 20/4

I`ve got 3 thats turning yellow outta over 40 so I flushed them the last 2 day`s with straigth water , They have drank it up an soil drys back out nicely in 24 hrs , Having heat issues ,

My main question is can I turn my ligths back to 18/6 at this point , they got between 2 1/2 weeks to 5 weeks for the most from being done , was wanting to give the room a little more cool down time , an also wondering if this would help or hurt on the already flowering girls , The NY diesel is still veggin ,

We did have a floodin issue afew weeks ago where a inch or 2 of water sucked along the bottom of my buckets an over watered for a week but looked like they luved the extra water ???

other ??? whats the time on they auto assassins , an the white russians ???

thanks guys love these autos so far an subscrided to most of your journals

You can change your light schedule with autos without stressing them. They dont need a specific light cycle to flower in so they dont get the idea that they have to change with the light. I had Diesel Ryders under 12/12 and they did ok, under a 90w ufo, the last few weeks they got some light from a 600 watt hps though. I still have one finishing up under the 600 watt and the buds have exploded, so a shorter light cycle is ok, they will still grow fine. And you will save a tad bit on electricity. I have seen people switch to 12/12 the last few weeks for extra resin production. To be honest I dont know how well that works. The diesels were under 12/12 from the time they showed sex on day 20. Those autos were finishing up until I stuck them under the 600 watt, then a few went crazy with new growth.

Has anyone grown in high temps before? I mean, all the way? I live in the south. Anyways, my 3'x3'x4' sealed closet temps average about 83 at night and just under 92 during the 18 hours of light. I am running a 250 BMH at about 12" above plants and 8 23W 2700k CFL's for some mixed light. My (2) D Ryder's are 6 days from sprouting in my bubbleponics system. They are really green, have established roots, and get plenty of ventilation via a 200 cfm exhaust fan and several oscillating desk fans. While the air is hot at 92, they still seem to be doing fine. Ive read through the first 50 pages of the journal and didnt see anything about growing autoflowers in dwc. Any thoughts? Im just probably gonna ride it out and see what comes of it. Temps wont be down to the recommended levels until Octoberish. Anyone growing hot shit?

Very happy to announce the arrival of three little baby auto ak47's

Put the 5 seeds in to germinate on Friday, after 48 hours 4 of them had split well. Sowed them into my canna terra pro soil on the Sunday, got up today to find that three had broken the surface :-) Im hoping the other one will pop out too, did a little experiment before going to bed last night, and gave the one that hasnt popped out some extra water, so im guessing this might be the reason that one hasnt popped. Fingers crossed it'l pop up tomorrow.

Its my first ever grow so im pretty chuffed. Im also eager and anxious all at the same time, exciting times ahead though :blsmoke:
