autoflower wont grow but my reg seeds did

i have very succesful outdoor regular seed grows. but i cannot get my autoflowers to grow. i get them to germinate then they wont grow any further. i have them under my led light and treat them how ive treated other plants, they grew fine but i cant get the autos to go. any suggestions?

More details. Strains but especially medium used and container it’s in. Also are you germinating in the medium or in a paper towel?

so i have two seeds in coco/ verm another in soil. gorilla glue auto flower fem, plastic buckets.i germinated in a paper towel. they have been in the buckets for about 5 days. i water twice a day. little bit of water not too much

Stop doing the paper towel crap. Totally unnecessary. Plant them directly in the medium in the container they’ll be in. Don’t transplant. And let those come along saying they transplant them all the time. Just plant like I said and most here will agree.

Yep, no transplant, and quit watering twice a day. Why would you do that? Water once and wait a couple two or three days, or maybe even longer if they don’t need it. That’s probably your problem.
