Autoflowering Light Schedule????

I'm thinking about adding an autoflowering strain to my grow.

I read somewhere that they like 20/4 light schedule.

Can i add them to my 12/12 or 18/6 box?

they would get the best light in the 12/12 box.


how about a combination. like 3 weeks veg and move em over to the 12/12.



what i really like about them is there finish time and short height. i could just put them on a stool beside the bigger girls. plus i'm curious.


should i look at other strains?

you would grow them at minimum 18/6 from day one. 24/0 is best for maximum yield. The stronger the light the higher the yield.

frmrboi- so what your saying is that i couldn't put them in my flower box??

i got two rooms a veg and a flower. the flower of course has better lighting.. although the veg aint too bad. compared to what ive seen around.

hi flower pimp iv,e grown some of lowlifes auto some under 12/12 they grew but yeild was a bit low ok for some quick fun bud if you have abit of space going free.
best grown under 20/4 in your veg cab if you have room just bung a couple of flowering cfl's along side your veg bulbs. they are fun even just to add something differant to the jar.

you "could" but you probably would get less yield. It might be a break even affair as one light's stronger but the other is on longer. Grow extra and see which room produces more, my money is on the 18/6 (and I'd up that to 20/4 if it were me)

i don't know if they would be worth it. i mean i would love to try em one day. but my current setup seems more like the veg to flower buisness.


any ideas of a different fast flowering plant???
