im going to be away for 10 days....

i grow hydro with cfls

my plants are about a month and a half old and ready for flowering wheni return

1/2 - 3/4 strength nutes

how far should i increase the lights so t he plants arent burnt and dead when i get home

"im kinda scared, but im going to increase the height of my lights for about 1 inch per day...

so i would be needing 10 inches for t he 10 days... im going to do 12 inches just to be safe...

more than likely the plants wont grow that tall because the light isnt going to be strong enough for the plants to grow quickly anymore

OR on the flip side, the plants come out lanky because they are going to stetch the light...

but im going to do 1 foot above the canopy to be safe...

crossing my fingers, wish me luck"

Good luck with my friend, 10 is a stretch. I was sweetin it with 3 days away last weekend. I dont think they can go that long without watering.

Do you train em at all? If you start them training downward itll take em a minute to 'turn around' and head upwards. In my experience, bending the tip down confuses them enough to produce elsewhere - usually not heightwise
