Awww crap...are these bug bites?

Do these look like bug bites? Or a nute problem?

And the other pics show a sample of some peat moss from a jiffy pellet used to germinate and grow the seedling (after that the jiffy pellet was placed in rockwool cube). There wasn't that white-ish stuff there yesterday, but today it was on the top of the peat moss on one seedling...any ideas about what it is? (as in - should I be worried?).

Marijuana is a tough weed that really wants to survive ... and yet, we do our best to kill it. :lol:

Those are really small plants ... and yet, I'll bet you've used full strength nutes, right? The thing to remember is, less is more. That holds true for nutes and watering. Until you have this growing thing ... and each strain dialed in, just remember, moderation is the key.

I think you guys are right, I added water to that white stuff and it seems to dissolve!

Those are really small plants ... and yet, I'll bet you've used full strength nutes, right? The thing to remember is, less is more. That holds true for nutes and watering. Until you have this growing thing ... and each strain dialed in, just remember, moderation is the key.

Hi Vi...I'm using half strength nutrients at the moment (and was using 1/3 strength until I changed the water a couple of days ago)...but in hindsight I do know why the nutrient was building up. I'm slightly obsessed with opening the cupboard to look at them and even though I have a timer set to 3 times a day for 15 minutes...I have been turning the water on manually in addition to that - just because I like to see them being watered, sometimes I walk away and forget that it's turned on and they get watered way too much :oops:

So, I guess I really need to stop doing that and just let the timer determine when they are fed :wall:

And man, if you think these seedlings are small...woah, you should have seen my attempt at a soil grow! :-P

Seriously, half the speed (although the weather here has been out of control hot and I had to bring them back from the dead a few times before they finally died while I was at work and it was just way too hot).

Less watering...got it.
