Yep...

You might be able to be charged with negligence but you should not be able to be charged with any crime that involves another person using the gun.

I don't think anybody takes buck very serious.....He is a minority within the lib's that I know, over the top like glen beck.....I don't think he is on one of the two teams....He has to settle for his own team.....IMO...........nitro..

wait, what? I thought those businesses were FORCED to deny service to black people by laws. And now you are saying it isn't so? That they had the choice all along? I don't really think you have much knowledge on this subject, but continue floundering anyway.

Wait a minute - just what is a "back ground check"? How is it performed? what are we all looking for? how could this background check be subverted into a simple way to deprive some of their right? Isn't a background check an "infringement"? The more I think about it the less I like the idea of subjecting someone to what could be a serious dip into one's past in order to purchase a weapon - oh, or maybe they are just going to look at your facebook account and see if you have made any threats, or maybe they are just going to see if you have brought a knife to your high schoool and threatened the nerds with it.


Nope, don't like it, not one bit.
