ive hadthe bannana kush from a local co op here in la. let me tel you that your in for a treat. amazing taste and eye appeal the stone is very sativa but with the indica body vibe that isnt overwhelming. it hasnt been around here for a little bit. but i must say its amazing. very resinous and oily...one word amazing. and from what i understand the sativa that the og is crossed with makes it yield better and makes it easyer to grow

I have heard those sorts of stories too, about something being grown by something else and then tasting like it, but I find them hard to believe. The main thing in any growing plant that will determine taste is genetics and then it is environment but not as in the air that surrounds it or other plants that surround it but the soil.

That is why you can take a cutting from a grapevine for wine and grow the exact same plant with the exact same genetics in different soil and end up with a different taste.

Plants draw what is in the soil into them and don’t take it in other ways and something like bananas that fell from trees and rotted and broke down and entered the soil would not still taste like bananas but have instead broken down into what would basically be fertilizer or compost and the broken down matter would not taste like bananas since it was no longer in the same form, it would just be broken down organic material.

I have known people that have grown outdoors and planted certain kinds of pepper plants that ward off bugs around and between their pot plants and I have never known of their pot tasting like peppers.

Still now and then people claim it happens so maybe it does but until it happens to me I will tend to not believe it.
