Barney's Farm Blue Cheese

The review Attitude gave was that this strain wasn't a big yielder, but damn. This little girl vegged for 7 weeks under a 600w mh and has now been on a 12/12 cycle for 37 days under a 600w hps. She was started in light warrior and transplanted to ocean forest. I'm using Fox Farm's trio pack and bush doctor pack. I'm also using bud candy and voodoo juice from advanced nutrients, hibrix molasses, and superthrtive. Feed every other watering. I also have a grapefruit krush and a violator kush that have had the exact same conditions that dwarf this one. Anybody know if this girlie's gonna plump up any? Any advice on this strain is more than welcome.

Little help, constructive criticism, anything? I mean I know she'll get a little fatter, but she looks like she's still gonna finish on the small side. The trichomes are already 80% cloudy 20% amber. She hasn't started turning blue yet either. Barney's says she finishes early, like 49-52 days. Tommorrow will be day 42. I know it's hard to look at a plant and know if it's ready, or how easy it is to jump the gun, that's why I always check the trichs. Judging by those this little girl is gonna be ripe for the pickin sooner than I had thought.

I would let it go to day 60. def looks on the small side for a 7 week veg...
Thanks for the info. She has put on a little weight over the last few days. Trichss are just turning cloudier with not many more really turning amber.
I think I'm just gonna let her go for a couple more weeks. I've heard great things about this strain, (nothing positive about yields) and don't wanna rush her along.

I flowered my barneys blue cheese for 10 weeks. It looked very similar to dj2shorts bb blue cheese at that stage. Same structure/leaf shape/bud formation. I cant remember how far along she was in these pics. I got an ounce and a half off her in the end

Yeh out of the 4 barneys blue cheese seeds ive had 2 of them started out with mutant leaves. Like wierd webbed leaves and funny fat ones but once they passed the 3rd or 4th node they came good. Might be a bit of a glitch in the genetics but nothing that would effect the final product

We got a Barneys Blue Cheese on the go and it is massive, 6' tall with the pot and oodles of bud. The top cola is approx 2' tall, so hoping the PK will fill it out.jonnys 029.jpgjonnys 030.jpgjonnys 010.jpgjonnys 016.jpgjonnys 024.jpg
