He was 17 and was permitted to have a rifle. That is kind of besides the point though, both were just freak accidents, nothing more.

that statute only applies during the willful commission of a felony, accidentally dropping a gun, even if you are not permitted to own one (unless on probation or parole r the prohibition is under the uniform crime and safe streets act of 1968) is not a felony.

accidentally shooting somebody while jaywalking, possessing a gram of weed or walking on the grass is not murder either.
 
Both of my bosses are black, and I have about 6 black subcontractors I use. Also, the vast majority of my crews(95+%) are from Central America(all legal to boot. You have to be legal to get a license for what I do).

Does that make me the least racist person so far? Lol
