Autoflowers- 24/0, 22/2, 20/4, 18/6 for light. 20/4 or 18/6 recommended but no harm in 24/0. For the light, not knowing what you have I would recommend DLI at 45 for 18/6 you may have to google other time schedules to know what DLI you should be at. Download photone app for android or pay 4.99? I think for iPhone photone app specific to your spectrum. For humidity, in flower you can start dropping rh to about 50%. Hope this helps and good luck in your grow

Has the plant(s) finished stretching in preflower?
How much distance between the light, and the tallest part of the plant?
What size space?
What light manufacturer? Total watts pulled from the wall?

MaxiGro/MaxiBLoom with water, 1 teaspoon per gallon, 5.7-6.0 pH

Keep environment with LEDS 70-80 F 50-60% RH

Look into VPD and like battleships hit your VPD target of 1.2-1.4 ideally.

You can push/reduce any of these numbers just use those basics and you will do great. Don't buy supplements, don't waste money on any of that shit. Dank weed comes from genetics and environment you aren't going to make a poor smelling weed better by adding a product beyond base nutrients.

Yield comes from proper watering techniques and veg time/training.

Best beginners advice I can give is don't grow autos.
Why not?
If you know what you're doing, and have quality genetics, autos are no different than photos in final product.
If you have a lack of knowledge and skill then growing autos can be challenging and frustrating, but it can make you a better grower.

On average photos definately produce better quality bud than autos. Mostly because autos have a poor leaf to bud ratio and that effects the taste of the smoke.

Why would a beginner grower want something that is challenging and frustrating?

I agree that auto flowers are something different than the real marijuana that people have been smoking for thousands of years. It's a new, trendy thing. I avoid giving any advice for auto flowers. My advice is to grow photo period marijuana.

I've had autos that didn't grow much leaf at all... I've had some that were like werewolves. Lol. It all boils down to genetics. I could agree that a worked photoperiod line would be say, more genetically stable. But I wouldn't go as far as saying all photoperiod plants are better than autos. Or they all have a high leaf to bud ratio in general.
A new grower would want to try something challenging and frustrating to gain experience and make them a better grower overall. Any numb nuts can follow a formula. Learning takes making mistakes. Having an actual understanding why things happen etc is what separates a good grower from someone who just grows weed.

I've never seen an auto with a good leaf to bud ratio. Would like to know what genetics they are if they exist and would be cool to see one if you have a pic. I grew autos for the first couple of years and I know that you can defiantly get some killer bud from them. But generally speaking the genetics are very unreliable and after growing photos and seeing the difference there's no chance I'm turning back. I wish that I had started growing photos a lot sooner because the growing and smoking experience is so much better. It takes about 4 or 5 runs to get the best out of a strain and when you are running clones you can refine how you grow the cultivar. Autos are a one shot hit or miss, it's just not the same.
