Why is it always "hard work" and "risks" when it comes to the rich peoples economic status, but the poor are just "lazy" and "wasteful"?

i think sense of fairness derives from morals..the millenials are a most moralistic generation..and they speak out loud and clear.
they have no cares about billionaires or 'status quo' or 'it's always been thus'.
