to work in your oven you just crank it up to 300 f,Celsius 150 or higher if you wish i do 300 then,wait a bit let the air heat up.Now you have 2 choices one leave the on oven and hot and work quickly not burning yourself or allowing the heat to damage spores or cool down and then work quickly,so your work station is in your oven. you can read more on sterilization at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sterilization_(microbiology)
also you can sterilize other work materiel like aluminum foil (it's sterile in a roll tho when bought at stores),needles etc.. But if you wish you can crank it up all the way if sterilizing materials.to make sure if you wish to but 300 is enough
