BEST/CHEAPEST most efficient setups

Soo for the past few weeks ive been contemplating on how i want to set up my CFL grow. reading bits here and there, ive come to my decision.

Currently i have two 26w 2600k on there own seperate like, also i have one tube (half of the shoplight doesnt work) 40 w t13.

I have a grow space of a little less than 3x3, and am shooting for around 300+ watts (cfl).

Heres what i plan on using:

Clamp light with on 65 watt 2600k.

Growlight with 2 x 2600k

4 x 20 w 6500k

3 plug in socket adapters with another veg and a few more 26w 2600k. will this be enough?

Also post your ideas and set ups

for vegging yes ,but i would add as my plant grow

I would probably start out with five plants in this setup it seems as though it would be decent, ill make one suggestion though, definitely add lights as you go, and buy some silver mylar balloons at your nearest dollar store for some reflectivity

The grow is soil

Try something like this

6 6 gallon garbage containers

and a fixture I built it can go up to around 300 watts of power currently I am running 2 68W CFL's and veging 6 plants. Plants have about 4 feet of growspace with this setup and are aruond 2 feet tall each right now.
