Best LED lights UK

Hey guys, I'm planning to start my first grow soon but am currently still researching as much as possible before I take the plunge. I plan to grow 2-3 plants in a small grow area using an LED light. My question is does anybody have any good recommendations on a light for this type of setup? One that can be purchased in the UK. I've heard good things about California Lightworks and am looking for a cheap model, perhaps something like their 100w SolarFlare light. However i'm not sure if they ship to the UK and if not does anybody know if these lights can be purchased in the UK?
