The Jack Herer line was never released for seed, cut or ANY method of culvation outside of their own hands.

Who told you that, Dan or Mark? The statement doesn't make much sense, since they didn't create the strain at all. Also, Mark sells seeds these days in Virginia, where he now lives. I have a cut of Jack that came from him as well.
