hey guys I need to start with seeds (no clones) but since it takes 4-5 seeds to get ~2 big healthy vigorous plants, I can't be spending like I did last time on super fancy strains (super lemon haze)

what do you guys recommend as being best for the money, I want to spend as little as possible for a good quality (It's for me, not for sale)
volume discounts interest me also, since I'm prob gonna get 20+

I'm getting them from attitude btw, last time they got caught in customs and they sent me everything back for free without an argument!

edit- it has to be fem seeds, and no autos! thanks

Thats awesome to hear never had anything nabbed by customs from attitude and been using them for years. Might want to consider Sannie's seed company and look up killing fields or jack f7.

Sea of Seedss. One of our sponsors (hint hint) with vast experience shipping to the US. Excellent service and freebies. But rather than seed BANKS you need to focus on seed BREEDERS. Dinafem is killer as I have yet to have a dud seed or a loser plant. Paradise as well and Barney's Farm despite what many here say about BF. Last one - Sweet Seedss from Spain. Excellent 100% germination on 6 from them and all females as advertised.

Rock the promotions! I ordered a 12 pack from hazeman seeds and got a 12 pack free plus 5 free seeds from attitude for only $50

Thanks guys, I am aware of breeder reputations, however I would like some specific strain recommendations. For example I'm picking up an extra 5 SLH seeds for 50$! I figure I can get 15 or 20 seeds from a less glamourous strain for about this price?

Very satisfied Attitude customer here. Multiple orders and never a fault. Quick service, rapid e-mail replies - can't ask for much more. And their freebies have always been as advertised.

OK what are you after? High yield? Indoors or outside? Indicas (faster with less light but lighter stone) or sativas (take longer than my ex getting ready but kick butt high)? Going soil or hydro? Planning on cloning? I find it refreshing you did not come with a complex battle plan. And I am serious. Keep an open mind. Good stuff sneaks in when that gate is open sometimes.

like others have said rock some of the promotions by the actual breeders, i know one breeder is offering like 12 free reg seeds whn you buy one pack of 5 fem or 10 reg seeds. so fo 50 bucks you can gte around 20+ seeds not bad really.

indoor DWC, medium to high yield. I'm open to a mix, but I like sativas. Couple of extra weeks in flower don't bother me. No cloning (can't with my setup).
I have a generous height maximum. Nothing purple please.

Also, since I have a common DWC bin (instead of buckets) seeds need to be the exact same strain. Since freebies are often 1 of each, I can't use them in my setup unless I take the months to grow one and then clone it (which isn't going to happen.).

I agree with hotrod. You never know where the fire is gonna come from. That is why I just order from everyone. No need to pretend funds are limited, right?

Super Silver Haze or any haze really.

Super Silver Haze. I just chopped 2 indicas yesterday and can get to her better now so will post better pics later. She's topped multiple times, then braided and laid over. Tying like wheat sheaves works as well as braiding. The underneath is a jungle of fans leaves while the top is nothing but bud. 8 top colas and every side branch is sticking up now like Gramps on Viagra. My guerrilla grow trick brought inside. The purpose is height control, bud production and you can lay 6 of these out under a single 1000. DWC just bundle them and lay them over and the light will be above the plants and not your res unit. Less light, less overgrowth of undesirables.

Just went and measured her and she is almost 77" from pumice to tip. She's in a 5-gallon DWC I built. Like the one you see on the side in the pic with a Kush in it.

Uh a cloning tray cost $5.. maybe time to expand your setup
I have 1 tent in a closet. Thats it. I don't have one room for veg and another for flower. So when I take my cuttings, they will be ready for veg before my flowering is done, so where am I going to put them?

Sometimes I wonder if Haze plants are even worth growing.. All that trouble

If you are looking for a good producing and good smoking sativa, look into C99 ( Cindy99, Cinderella 99 ) several seed companies have them and I had very good results growing them. I believe I got mine from seedbay, but I cant remember, its been a few years. The advantage c99 has is the quick flower time compared to other sativas. ( 54 days if I remember right ).

Depends on breeder or offers. Buy regular, not feminized, and save a lot. Just a suggestion.
If it's half the price, but half of them are males, it comes out to the same price + all my time and trouble. Doesn't seem like big savings to me (unless I'm not understanding something)
