so do you mean i would have to switch them over to 12/12 early? Im about to order nyc diesel feminized from dutch quality female seeds

no. if you gave them all their own individual screen you could veg them longer. ideally with scrog you veg them untill the screen is 60 to 70 percent full and then induce flowering. lst and fim would be ideal in your situation.
