Best Way to Clean Reservoir Lines

I periodically take my bucket system apart and give it a real good cleaning.

I was wondering what is the best way to clean the 1/2 inch lines between the rez and buckets.

I was thinking to submerse them with a pump and run water and ????? through them for while.

What should I use though? H2O2? Bleach? Vinegar? CLR?

Any thoughts would be great.

Well, if you have taken the system apart, you can soak them in H2O2 and water. Or you can run H2O2 and water through your system if it is still running.

If it is taken apart, you can use Bio Green Clean.. The hydro shop also sells some liquid to clean reservoirs and stuff between plantings.

with plants in the system, you can go up to 7 mL per gallon.

When in between runs with an EMPTY system or to soak stuff, you can do a tablespoon per gallon, or 15 mL.

i'm talking 29% H2O2.. don't splash it on your skin..
