Hey everyone So this isnt a current situation, but I've always been curious about something my buddy did a few years back.. So a lillttle info, My Buddy is the biggest weed snob in the world, but he only grows the best of the best he is huge here in vegas hes like my big brother but him and his buddy are the two biggest weed snobs i know, but grow some absolutely incredible product that 90% of it goes to concentrates that they get anywhere from 25-35% yields on there BHO to give you an idea of the flower quality. So he had the most beautiful GG4 going in2017 when GG4 was as hot as can be and it was Nice guys, we never saw a mite the whole grow, my buddy keeps room so clean and has never once had mites or really any bugs before thi, but dont see one the whole grow, Never say one spotted leave and 100% there was def never ANY webs, (he was growing under blurple LEDS so hard to see), but still i harvested the plant and bucked it down w regular lights on and i never saw one spotted leave or a bug. Im at the very end of about # pounds and i see a couple mites on the stem. I yell out to my buddy and im like hey man u gotta see this you got mites bro. like i said never had any issues before this and he completley thought i was kidding and said "hahahah good one fam". lol, im like no man and i showed him. so we go threw the tree and see that the is very very minumal amout of mites like the least amout you could possibly have. Well anyways my job was done and i wanted to get these mites off of me so i didnt bring em in my garden or anywhere else so i take all procautions leave and wash up. I called my buddy a few hours laater to see if he needed help trimmin, and he tells me that he put all of the weed in a black trash bag and threw it out in the dumpster by jiffy lube. AND I FREAKED OUT!!! LMAO Mind you It was the smallest amouts you could ever see i maybe saw like 20 mites and a few eggs of three packs of the loudest tree in town damn near. like theres stuff as good but he can match anyone toe for toe quality wise, quantity is different but he gives zero fucks abount quantity ony quality. That being said is why bhe threw it out and he has a top knotch reputatiuon and name he wants to keep on the scene so i get it(Underground black market not legal)(, but I dont!LOL I was just moving back from Cali and i got customers i could be completely honest with that woukd have eaten that stuff up so fast i wouldnt have to bamboozle anyone im not like that id tell um straight up what happened. so i went to pick it up but it was so loud they could hear it screaming a mile away and someone came up quick!!! good for them thats 10k in their pocket, but I was so upset he didnt tell me or just blast it because i thought blasting killed the mites, but i guess thats not true?? anyways what do you guys think about this and what would you have done all things considered. Was my boy trippin? Would blasting kill the mites if there is that few? does blasting BHO kill or help any bad or slightly damaged product olr just concentrate the ptoblem more?? I'd love to know ur opinion thanks. And Ps. when i say how fire this weed was i meant if there wasnt a mite at all its def not same category with even the smallest mite problem, but it literally was and i guarentee still louder and cleaner that 99% of the trash people try and sell and get away with (EVEN AND ESPECIALLY LARGE LEGAL CORPORATIONS IVE WORKED FOR HERE IN VEGAS!!!! WONT SAY NAMES BUT TWO DIF GROW FACILITIES FAILED MULTIPLE TESTS FOR YEAST, MOLD,PM,BUGS< LITERALLY ALL YOU CAN THINK OF AND AFTER ONE COMPANIE FAILED THE TEST MEANING THEY CANT SELL THEIR 50-100 LIGHT HARVEST< THEY"D TAKE IT TO A SEPERATE MUCH MORE JANKY PLACE AND PAID EM EXTRA CASH ON THE DOWNLOW AND THEY WOUL ALMOST ALWAYS PAA THE ALREADY FAILED WEED, AND THEY WOULD PACKAGE PREROLLS AND SELL IT!!! but thats a dif story for a dif day... lemme know what you think about that too tho and has any workers in other states heard of shady business like this??? THANKS GUYS!!
