nice man, the forest looks right about at 2 weeks now. Awesome lack of plant problems going on here.

Are you planning on using some dutchmaster reverse?

I think my next cycle I will try using the hydrofarm also for mothers. I have found that covering the grow chamber with a square of mylar will protect the soaked pebbles from building up any algae etc. It looks like you do not have this problem at all though.

I use RO water. It seems to eliminate a lot of issues. I use dutchmaster reverse. I applied it when I started flowering and again at 12 days.

That's a good tip. I'll have to watch out for anything going on with the top of the hydroton. Thanks for keeping my thread alive.

awesome, I used to use floranova and switched to gh 3 part recently. I think it does do a better job of keeping the sprayers unclogged, but I keep the pump on 24-7 so it really doesn't matter.

Went to the store to get more 3part today and noticed that GH has raised their prices due to "an increase in materials costs." TY COkbags!

So, I am going to try advanced nutrients next time since its only a few more bucks extra....not including $300 of additives.

keep it pumpin' msdsm

Here are today's pics.

The girls are coming along very nicely. I keep pushing the male flowers off with an exacto knife every other day or so. Tonight I am bumping up my nutrient solution to the Agressive Bloom level of GH FloraNova. I will keep bumping the concentration up every week for the next 5 or 6 weeks.

That's ironic because I started with the 3 part series and went to FloraNova because it was one part. :)

Let me know how you like the advanced nutrients. :joint:

Tonight's pics are from my phone. I'm recharging the battery for my good digital.

Had some trouble with a bad breaker. I replaced it and things are back on their way.

I switched to Agressive Bloom on my nutrient schedule. Let's see how the girls like the stronger brew.

your probably know this already bc u got skills, but check it out:

hope your using around 1/2 - 60% nute load. I think I ran up to 1200-1300 on my last floranova grow during bloom. This was somewhat excessive I think, but results were good.

I measure the nutrient concentration and I look at how well the plant is taking up the nutrients. When I changed last night the solution measured 14CF (600-980ppm). My plan is to use the same ratios but increase about 10% per week until I am up around 20CF or 1400ppm. Then hold it there for a week or two before its time to ease off for ripening and then flushing.

I am using a 1000W HPS with CO2 for 4 plants, so I'm thinking my nutries are the limiting factor. If the plants really lower the concentration of the nutrient solution I can always change it out with a fresh mix.

Thanks gvega187... your tips are always appreciated. :joint::hump:

Here are some updated pics. Its been hell with the lights this week. I fought with a bad 40A circuit breaker that wouldn't hold 12A. Then the storms knocked out power for a day. All in all I kept pretty close to the 12/12 schedule.

I threw in a pic of my cuttings that need to be sexed. 1 - Big Bud 3 - Mother's Finest.

Nice i love your grow. Your aeroponics and sog set up is ideal. Your plants are looking great too, are you still plucking off the male parts every day? On the bottom of your plants were you prunning also during flowering and veg?
