So fox farm was bought by Monsanto. Premiertech/promix has been bought by C.I.L. I see a few of premiertech organic soil mixes now repackaged without OMRI certification. They are buying up organic competitors, and hoodwinking the public. WTF the companies build a rep, caring for the environment and our health, and then sell to the ENEMY? There gonna patent all the weed soon. Chemicaldog brought to you by Bayer. This B.S. has to stop.

Did a little quick research, and this appears to be another rumor. If Monsanto had bought Fox Farms (or any other profitable, growing company) they would have made damn sure to share the news with Wall Street in an effort to tickle the fancy of their stockholders. I can't find any such news...

Well, pardon my error, Premiertech actually acquired C.I.L. fertilizer division. Hopefully premiertech keeps up with organics. I will post a link to fox farm...
