how is it not growing right? a 250w (6400k) cfl will be fine for vegging your plant just keep it a couple of inches above your plant. dunno what else you need to know>?

I'm not sayin it's growin wrong Im just not 100% with myself n not sure if what I was doin would even work. I also have no idea wen to start feeding it n what to feed it. Appreciate the responce

My ph level is at Like 6.5 and my tempature is about 83-85 I water with a droper wen ever my soil is really cracky n dry

Whats the CFL cool white? you'll need cool white for vegging warm white for flowering
Do you know what type of strain Sativa or Indica dom? A Sativa strain could grow beyond 4 foot so veg for less time.

Keep a journal on RIU, and post pics so RIU members can walk you thru the stages and you will have great buddz come harvest time

Good luck Beerazz

It all sounds good, I start feeding after the third week of vegging using under half of whats recommended on the packet and slowly using all thats recommended I stop nutes 3-4 weeks into flowering and start flushing

It don't say cool white or snything on the box so I am unsure to that one. The. Seeds were collected from some dank bag I had. I figured the smoke was awesome so they might be keepers. Plz don't make fun of me but what is RIU

this is what my plant looks like any pointers if somethings wrong would be nice

RIU is where you are,,,,, RollItUp. Get rid of the aluminum foil in the grow area, it will only cause problems in the future.

You'll be able to tell once the plant starts growing, if it's a Indica dom or Sativa dom by the leafs. Indica has round broad leafs and Sativa has long pointy leafs.
Knowing this will help you to judge amount of time spent of the stages i.e I veg my indica plants for 4 weeks and flower for 7-8 weeks my sativa plants took 8 weeks of vegging and 11 weeks for flowering

check the bulb it should tell you there. Cool white has a bluey colour and warm white has a yellowly colour this is a good way to tell also check the box to see the K (Kelvin) number
2700k is warm white and I think cool white is 4000k daylight is 5000k the higher the K the better for Vegging the lower the K the better for Flowering, but this is a easy guide to begin with you should check out some light threads with better explainations about lights and lumens and Kelvins

I would drop your lights, the plant is stretching towards the light, also by the pictures it looks like a warm white CFL

that light its 250w equivilent i take it? as its not big enough to be true 250w
when they say equivilent to 250w they are comparing it to the light output of incandensants
what you should be looking for is about 100w combined of lights. if i was you i'd get that light pretty much touching your seedling and go out and buy a couple more cfl's of the cool white/ 6400k-6500k rating

So I read this box and it doesn't say anything about Kelvin on it . It says 2800 lumens and yes it is replacing a 200 watt bulb
