Bill HR4498 was introduced Monday to reschedule cannabis to a schedule 2 drug, allowing doctors in every state to prescribe cannabis. This bill needs traction, call or write your local representatives right now and tell them to support this bill.

I'm posting this to a ton of places because we really need to get this pushed through. The war on marijuana needs to come to a halt. This is a very important step to getting this done. Please call or write and spread the word. This is very important.

Introduced to US Congress? Or What State?

They need to stop screwing around. No one gives a hoot what they schedule it as, folks are smoking that want to smoke and pretty much ignoring the government anyway.

It would be a landmark move to change this from a schedule 1 to a schedule 2 drug. Think of all the people in prison that wont be in the future. Please don't have this attitude. Marijuana shouldn't be what the Fed's say it is. We the people need to tell them who is in charge in this country. WTF do people get prison time for Marijuana? And the Republicans aren't in charge at the moment!

While you have a point, and everyone would love to see it happen, we all know it won't for quite some time.

The government puts too many people away for Marijuana to let it get rescheduled.
They need population control, and arresting for MJ is a good, quick, and easy way.
