can sum1 tell me how to get the best from my 300w dual spectrum cfl lighting

How far do i need it from the plant???
when do i change over from 16/8 to 12/12

im using canna coco peat and a+b nutrients

The lights should be as close as they can be without burning the plants... Stick your hand out if its too hot then its too close. you want to veg as long as you can (space wise) but a good 3-4 weeks is fine good luck.

get a MH or HPS thats my advise,

normally you flip whenever most of the time it depends on plant size at end

plant will double or triple somtimes

also most plants take about two months or more to become mature enough for flowering

, i have heard its 2 months for a plant to store and produce enough hormones to trigger a full flower

Depends on where your plants are at. Seedlings, the CFL's should be 12 to 18 inches from the top. I'm using 125 watts dual spectrum and it's working well. Don't make the mistake that I did. I heard keep the lights as close as possible, and my seedlings paid the price. If anyone would care to question that advice, I got it from Jorge's bible. He knows a little about growing.

they are seedlig yea i had them in root riot for a week i potted them thursday

do i start feeding them staright away or leave for roots to grow in coco before i was told to feed 5 time a day for 2 min

You're not growing in soil then? Unless you're unemployed how could you feed them five times a day? You're drip system is'nt part of a hydro setup?
