black&decker led bright bar?

has anyone seen those black & decker 26 led bulb lantern/flashlights? it has a built in battery which is rechargeable so you could just keep it plugged in the wall. could this be used for cuttings, or seedlings?

i havnt seen these but i guess if it had the right light spectrum then it would work?
