Black Dots

I have found a black spot on one of my leaves. The first time I found this black spot I rubbed it off and it was in some sort of liquid form. It looks like concentrated tar but I don't smoke in my grow area and the air is cleaned too.

I also can't take a pic of it because my camera sucks but has anyone ever experienced this? Is my plant bleeding?

Some flies got into my room too and they might be completely unrelated but I just want to be sure.

I don't wanna rub this stuff off if it turns out to be a good thing!

ummm are these black dots moving....

haha nope. I take that as a they're not supposed to be there. The lamps copuld be too hot for the lamp lights and some of the black paint could be melting off...

is it on the top or underside?

It's on the top of the leaf.

I agree that it could be insects. Could also be some sort of mold. What is your temp and humidity? Soil or hydro?

You sure its not soil? I freaked out once when I sprinkled soil all over my leaves and when I went back to check on them (by looking through a peephole) I thought they were infested with gnats or something. Not a fun 2 seconds.

I did something like that too. Freaked me out for about 10 seconds.
