Week 1.5 from seed:
Starting journal late, but this little thing? not sure about the sex since it isn't fem but at the moment I'm typing this I don't have any soil that's ready so what I have is promix mycorrhiza, /w 4 cups of added perlite, and some slow-release organic food.

Plopped another Black Diamonds Seed and "My Name is Jeff #1" in some cheesecloth, once they pop ill update thread.

small update, have some helmets poking out. all 3 popped so will update when they break soil fully! 2020-01-04

Both new sprouts are up, one is green(healthy MNIJ), one has yellow starter leaves (Black dreams), I've never had an issue like this before, I'm assuming it was a bad seed... no feeding or anything this early beside a small number of dry amendments in my mix... not enough to cause toxicity.. not sure...

Quick update. 2020-01-09

the one bigger black dreams plant took right off it’s starting to branch out and explode excited to see where this goes...

and notice slight cupping on edge of leaves, it's funny even indoor this strain does it.. thought it was just me last year but nope... weird

Possible heat stress ? for cupping, light is putting out a bit but the distance (32inches )is good, and my temps are 21-22, humidity is hovering 50% up and down1-2%

Update first phase of Lst

Slight dimpling on leaves, going to start lowering my pH. my runoff seems lower than what's going in by a massive amount. 6.5 going in and 5.4 going out. im oddly sure that's the issue but those numbers are still acceptable. im not sure ill have to wait and see what happens when I lower it over time.

Full recover from topping and pruning getting big , one black dreams got locked out and is now in my garden outside.

Looking good man. im going to be planting some black dreams next grow.

Im finding them to be fragile in the beginning , my pro mix mycroactive is burning them when they are small but they work through it.

heres a few pics of the black funkdawg theres 6 or 7 of them. i topped them last week. there in a raised bed under 2 1000w gavitas. im doing a run looking for quality mothers. im running about 10 strains this round.

There jammed in pretty tight but i still have to go thru and cull the males. i will probably flip to 12/12 in a week or two.
