I have one plant almost ready to harvest and it has black on it's leaves. does anyone know what this is. Looked in other threads but I don't think I found anything.

What do you think? Other than the black the plant is looking strong and healthy no other visable nute problems.

High Man, I'm thinking it's a "nute" thing, how close to harvest are ya? are you flushing already? if so, then your really close to chopping and I wouldnt worry about it!bongsmilie

yeah, I just flushed today so I will harvest in the next week or so. I was just trimming a little and I got a little curious. What would cause it?

:?: how long have you been flowering, any more pics? personally from the pic above I'd say you have some more flowering to do before harvesting!
Well that was them about 1.5 weeks ago. I will flower for another week or more. I will have to take some more.

Nope no co2 and the black is just black no wilting, no drying, other side is green. It's like I used a marker or something.

Its a P thing I believe. Same thing that turns leaves purple. The coloring you see is actually be a VERY dark purple, giving it that almost black appearance.

Correct me if I'm wrong!

This is my purple plant. She is 7 weeks 12/12 and is living in flushed soil. Don't know why she looks so cool.

What do you think?

Sounded like a possible fungus but after looking at photos I can tell you that is not the case. I would lean toward genetics and that plant is basically saying it has just about had enough. With most purple/dark strains you usually need to add some chill in the last stages to get those colors to come out like that but either way you are almost there so I would just go with it. Looks like it will be tasty enjoy!

Thats what I though but first grow noob doesn't know much. Hope she smokes well. If she does I will keep some seeds since she got a little jizz on her from another bitch that hermed out.
