Blotchy seedling

Hey gang. I've been looking at pics all morning, and I don't really see much like this. I keep trying to find a leaf chart that I saw a while back and should have saved. Is this a Cal/Mag issue, or PH? (I've been adding a little Cal/Mag and PHing to 6.4 the 2-3 times I've watered this plant.) Or is this normal for a sprouting. The other 2 in the tent never looked like this our of the same seedbag.

Just spitballing, as you know how new I am also, but looking at pic I just posted could be some sort of chlorosis, which may be a manganese or iron deficiency.

I've been adding magnesium to the water, so I doubt it's that. Honestly, it could be nothing at all. I just noticed that this particular plant isn't getting better like the other seedling did over the last few days. Maybe it's just behind schedule.
