Blue Dream: finger growths + mature popcorn buds - ready to harvest?

I have 3 x Blue Dream plants (indoor, 600W LED) that I switched to 12/12 on June 15th (so like 14 x weeks ago) and then a week ago I switched it to 10 hours light/14 hours dark to speed maturation.

Anyway most of the popcorn buds look ready to go (most white pistels have turned orange and trichromes are cloudy with heads) BUT the giant main colas still only have 50% or less orange hairs and the trichomes are milky/cloudy but don’t have heads like the popcorn buds do (see pics).

They also keep sprouting up little finger like growths that aren’t really thick buds, just stems with pistels. Anyone know what the hell is going on? Should I cut the popcorn buds and wait longer for the main colas?

One of the main colas with the little finger like growths coming off of it and pistels not changing orange:

Another examples of larger colas that are not maturing as fast:

I forgot to mention these are in soil and I stopped nutrients 3 weeks ago to flush it out but haven’t noticed any major signs of nutrient deficiency (I thought it would have been harvested by now). I actually added some fresh Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil (what I use for these) to help with any potential nutrient deficiency from the long flush time.

I’m not 100 percent sure but that looks like your buds are fox tailing it just means it’s ready for harvest and you’ve flowered it a little bit longer than it should.
