they do look a lil too big for your medium. from what i heard the grow is not needed because the micro+bloom combo gives enough N for veg. try substituting your dose of grow with micro and see what happens. also how long has it been in that pot do you think it could use a flush for the salt buildup? dont be afraid to use tap water either , just aerate it when not using it to keep it from being stagnant. alot of growers use two buckets to pour water back and forth to increase the oxygen levels before watering. your sure there are no pests in your soil? try diggin in there with your finger while the lights are on and step back and see if you can see flies coming outta the soil. i had plants look like that once that had fungus gnats. also check for spider mites and stuff. when you transplant try taking those coffee beans out if you wanna lower your ph buy ph down + up. oh its budding. i wouldnt transplant then, i'd just give it a nice flush and try again by adding what you think could correct deficiencies. flushing first eliminates the problem of other things that are excess in the soil locking out other nutrients. and i guess youd use micro+bloom at this point.

when you leech out the salts also make sure the medium has dried up so that you're not overwatering too bad.
