Hi first hydro grow and I can’t calibrate my ph probe for some reason it stays on 7.2 in 7.0 calibration solution. Pen has been in 7 calibration solution for 2 hours and won’t move from 7.2. Blue lab pen is month old. Any clue how to fix it? IMG_0388.jpeg

I believe you should be able to adjust it up or down when in calibration mode and lock it in at 7- it doesn’t automatically calibrate just soaking in the solution

The docs for calibration are at this link.

Based on your explanation, the pen is reading the solution and has settled at 7.2. Per the docs, the next step is to press the "Cal" button.

Nice setup and nice looking plants, BTW.

You can probably do a reset if it's got a replacement probe option.
It will be replaced if that's not an option - if it's old stock not bought directly the probe might need an overnight swim or longer.
IDK switching brands is the answer TCH, they all have a limited probe life and an old friend was a water treatment operator and he would process hundreds of thousands of gallons in a single shift. That company was Meade-Johnson, the biggest baby formula manufacturer in the world. He used blue labs for his own grows and the meters he had at work were $300/pop and higher for the continuous use consoles.
I wouldn't pay for one either but they are ones of the better ones out there and product support is important now a days!
