Blue labs Warranty Repair

So a few weeks ago my Bluelabs combo meter stopped working for no good reason after about 2 years of life. I don't live in the same state where I purchased the meter, and the closest authorized dealer was about a 2 hour drive away. I had to send it in. I went and purchased a couple of the Hanna truncheons (always good to have a backup anyways right?) Called Bluelabs on the Monday following and was surprised to hear they have a 5 year warranty! So I boxed my meter, sent it off to Bluelabs, and yesterday i received my meter back in 2 weeks! They sent me a note explaining what had gone wrong with the unit was under warranty, and they hoped that this downtime didn't cause to many problems. The best part is they also included a spare PH probe and a conductivity probe.

All in all it has been a very good warranty repair experience
