Blue weed

It's a known fact that under certain condition (and largely to do with genetics), cannabis can turn purple or red when it's in flower, making for some lovelly looking buds.

BUT, i have never seen any genuinely blue weed. has anybody ever encountered this? either pistils or calyxes? i'd be interested to know.

A while back some people did experiments with food colouring, the buds changed colour but apparently the smoke was horrid.

I am all the time growing out bag seed aside from my regular grow of hybrids in hopes of finding that magical bean that might kick out some long lost hidden genetics. This is what I have found so far.... Can anyone tell me what strain it might be??? I have never seen this coloration in weed before. The girl I got the badseed from said the weed was just a bag a reg commercial she picked up a while back.

I know but the teal color is what I was using as a basis for my question. I have never seen a teal colored plants before nor have I ever seen it advertised on any seed sites. Probably just a freak of nature like an albino or a 2 headed snake or my ex-wife...lol

Ya not sure on the strain but that looks way dank and i have never seen bud with that aqua color like that.

Hella chill, how did she smoke?
