Bangin' setup you got chief.

make sure you have some airflow, temps will stay down and plants need fresh air moving through. Get a small intake near the bottom an a nice exhaust up top to bring cool fresh air in and get the warm air sucked out.

You probably don't need too much more light for such a small space.

Yep that would work.

Warm air rises, so your warmest air will be at the top so it's best to have the exhaust up there sucking the warm air out, and an intake at the bottom will bring fresh cool air in to circulate through.

You don't even need an intake fan, a passive intake will work if you have a good exhaust because it will create a slight vacuum in the box, but a little intake fan is great too.

Just do passive intake... both fans exhausting from the top. Cut a few holes in the bottom, put in some pvc pipe... you would then be moving double the CFM since forced intake and passive intake will still get the same amount of air in... just trying to help make it more efficient.

Those Fluorescents on the side are just taking up space, those only work well when really close to your plants, plus I don;t think your using the correct tubes. You should at least get a 150hps or 250hps, just vent it to control heat.
