Brand new! Auto hydro would like some advice

Hey rollitup! Ive done about a month of reading on here and some other forums and just random scouring of the interwebs before I started. On a limited budget so I went with a basic hydro system. 4 pots with 4 gallons a single light running 18/6. Im using a autoflower strand. Ive started with 2 seeds leaving the other to pots empty but covered up. I show one sprouting and have checked my ph every day to maintain a 5.5-5.75 readout. My questions are really this: How much should I feed them nutes wise? Every day? Every week? Just keep up with ppm readouts? Use just grow for how long then switch to bloom? I keep reading different things with different answers and never could find anything that said how often I should sprinkle some more nutes in there. Any advice on the nutes as well as any beginner advice or steps or watchout fors would be appreciated except for drop your equipment and buy this $4000 lighting system. Sorry if the format is a little of this is coming from my ol' cell.

So you have probably noticed since my original post I now have 3 pots going. On the original germination I wasnt sure what method to do so I did 2 right in rocwools and 1 in the napkin trick. After thinking the napkin one was dead it started to root so I planted it. These pictures are 1 week to the day into the process. Another words 1 week ago I started the germination. The one that is sprouting was put into the hydro system inside the rocwool from day 1. Any thought or opinions? I csnt quit messing with them which im scared about killing them. The one that doesnt show any growth I actually opened up the rocwool to make sure it rooted. And it has but as I said I cant quit checking on them.Some other information on them is I check the ph still everyday day and im still in the 5.5-5.75 range. I give them very little grow nutes thus far maybe a half of a tablespoon. Also got the ppm in today my natural water is 110 with the balance and nutes it sits around 245. Again any info would be appreciated. Thanks again UNLUCKY for the ppm meter suggestion!!!!
