Bringing the girls inside? Heat is beating my ass

I’m in Texas and currently there’s a heat wave. My girls are 53 days old from seed. The temp is 96 degrees with a humidity of 45% and almost no wind (max 7mph).

I put them out in the morning sun and they began to droop and look so sad. And I’m worried bc Morning is the coolest point of the day. Even in the shade they droop.

I have a huge bright window, although it isn’t direct sun. Will they be ok with just some window light until this heat wave passes? It’s been two days in and outside bc of this and they perk back up in my 75 degree house but they’re stretching a bit.

Any tips would be great. For further details, I’m in 4 gallon smart pots I made myself, my largest and strongest is in a 5 gal white bucks.

Window most likely wont give you your best chance for decent bud. Try putting them out in sun for a little longer each day. At least 8 hours of sun a day is best but mine are fine with about 6. These are very much sun loving plants so if they are drooping in sun they either just aren't used to it or they are too dry.

Could be a root issue. If they can't transpire enough they'll droop. If it's hot and sunny they will want to be moving water pretty quickly. If the root system isn't big enough for whatever reason they'll droop.
Can buy a shade tarp off Amazon pretty cheap diff % shade. 40-50% shade will help keep them from drooping and grow a better root system to be able to handle the full sun
You can also put them on the edge of a shady spot where the sun isn't touching them but it's right infront until they pick back up. Same idea. If they're in the shade you can mist them lightly if the droop is bad or saturate the soil around them (in the actual ground not the pots they're in) so the humidity around them increases and they transpire less. They'll always stretch more in the heat. Hopefully they pick up for you gl

Don't bring them inside and outside. You're asking for bug issues. I'd just leave them outside. It's hot here today and it's like 92-96 degrees in my rooms right now. I'm not too worried.
