Ec.0.7 is really low, that's like 350 ppm. Are u using reverse osmosis water?
I use RO and after calmag only i shoot for around 0.5ec/250ppm. After I add the rest of the fertilizers I'm around 1.8ec/900.
I think you are deficient in everything and should pump up the juice

I'm using tap water with an e.c of 0.3 alone and adding it up to 0.7 or 0.8 with nutes I thought that aswel but I keep seeming to get yellow tips on leaves and new growth is really really green like im over feeding

I see no really really green new growth on that plant.
Are you only watering once per day?
That EC is very low for Canna nutes especially at this stage.

You have to up the feed and amendments! If your water is around 150ppm / 0.3 ec and the plants are that size, I would be using 1tsp or 4ml parts A, 1tsp or 4ml parts B, 1/4 tsp or 2ml rhizotonic, and 1 tsp or 4ml ca/mg, and 1/2 tsp Epsom salt per gallon of water.

6 or 7 weeks? you have major issues you may want to pop a few more seeds just in case they should be bigger than that try flushing and schwazzing its worth a try

yeah only once a day but I'm having to use 2 liters of water to have run off which is keeping the coco constantly soaked and its slowing down thr growth by using that much
