Brown/Yellow Blotches & Curved Leaves...HELP!!!

Ok. So, got an outdoor grow going at the moment. All plants are Haze x Skunk. I'm having brown blotches on almost every plant, and some leaves feeling dry and twisting to the left or right. But, first, the rundown on the grow details:

HxS seeds
Plants are 37 days from seed. Now around 8-9" tall.
pH is around 6.8 (according to cheap soil pH meter)

The soil mix:
Harvest Organic Potting Mix
Sphagnum Peat Moss
Bone Meal
Blood Meal
Worm Castings
Perlite
Crushed Dolomite Lime

The plants had to be transplanted from solo cups to 3-gallon pots early, because of severe over-watering.
All plants recieve 4-6 hours of direct sunlight per day. Temps have been high (90-94F).
I don't think this is an over-watering problem, as I cut back on the high quality h2O.

Now, there are lots of brown blotches forming on the lower (older) leaves and working their way up to the newer leaves. Pics at the following link:

3-4 of the plants have leaves at the top that feel dry and curve to the left or right. Pics at the following link:

Please help asap. I've checked all plant problem solvers and have found nothing. Please view the pics in the attached files and let me know what you think.

If you have one of those probe ph meters that you stick in the soil throw it in the street and run it over 20 times. get this or get this

your soil should balance its self out as long as you didnt use to much lime. use the test kit to check your water after you mix your teas or nutrients and to test the runoff. could be a minor ph twisting they dont look that bad

I checked the runoff using one of those yellow pH probe meters. The runoff clocked in at 5.6. The water I used had a pH of 6.7. What should I do? They are gonna be transplanted into larger pots in about two - three weeks. Also, should I use the same mix as before, minus the peat moss?

Oh for GOD'S sake.....Ph of the run off is simply the pH of the run off!!!! NOT the pH of the soil.
The ingoing pH of 6.5 for your water is all you need to worry about as far as pH goes.

The REAL answer here is that those are your "starter" leaves....They are acting NORMALLY and dieing off because they are no longer needed!!!!
Don't worry, be happy. Your plants look FINE!!!

I am guessing that the list of organic nutrition is what you have amended the soil with? I see NOTHING wrong with that....If your going to be doing organic feeding.....watch the P levels of what you add till week 4 of flower, OK?

I would attempt to keep the plants bellow 85F if possible......at that point it's putting more energy into keeping it's self cool then to growing. At 90F it pretty much is "dormant" as far as growth goes.....just trying to keep cool and survive...

They look GOOD....don't worry and keep going.
