20 min seems short to me. But 1 hour will definitely work. Also when cooking don't go over 220f. Becarful brownies will burn fast if you forget to watch. And I like 1oz/1cup. And it takes about 30-60 min to start working so don't eat to much.

Yes don't bake over 220. Takes longer but dosnt degrade the THC. I don't like strong butter. Gives my a bad high feeling. I much rather go with 1z/1cup. Eat a brownie or 2 cookies. After 1 hour if i want more of a high I eat more. when eating there is such a thing as to high. And it isn't a good thing. Start low and work up till you find what you like. You have 2z so I would make a batch of 1/1. If you like it you have enough for another batch. If you don't use the last z in a 1/2 cup of oil and your at the 2/1.

I just 2 small limbs off of my plant. I belive daddys little helper still has a week or 2 to go BUT first frost is expected tonight so i am drying out a few small buds and now i have a cup or 2 of trimmings, leaves . Gotta find something to do with these beauties! I,m going to try and cover my 4 foot plant to see if i can get atleast another week of grow. So ----do i just chop up the trimmings , slowly simmer a couple cups of trimmings i a 1/4 pound stick of butter?

I put trim in a pot. Cover trim with water maybe more if I don't think it will simmer. Heat the water to simmer. Ad butter. Simmer as long as I can. Adding water when needed. Strain with many layers of cheese cloth. Place in a bowl and place in frig over night. Carefully cut and pull the hard butter off the top. Trash the water. And now you have butter.

I never measure anything when making oil/butter with trimmings... I make mine with about 75% oil and 25% butter for better taste... I put a sh*t load of trimmings... Fill the pot with just enough oil/butter to soak the trimmings (trimmings will shrink when cooking, be careful not to add too much oil/butter... Start with a small amount, add more as necessary)... Simmer for 1 hour stirring frequently... Squeeze trimmings with spatula as often as you can... Drain, strain, and freeze... Not trying to toot my own horn... But my oil/butter is the beez-kneez! ^_^

That is my fast butter. My real butter that I make about once a year takes 3 days each batch. But 1 stage each day. Do this for 8 days I can get about 30-40 pounds of butter. I have a huge crock pot. 2L of trim each day. This shit will punch you in the nuts if your not careful.

Lol... I have never made mine with a crock... But I hear it = pure AWESOMENESS!!! I have about a pound of trimmings right now... I have been experimenting with all sorts of different things... Maybe I will try the crock in the next few days...
