Just wondering if anybody did the course? Was it worth it? I was thinking about doing it, $1500 is a lot though and I grow dank shit anyway. I suppose it's not really about learning how to grow but more about the science of it all.

I'm not directing this comment to Bruce bugbee or his course because I am 100% ignorant about it .

I'd be rather hesitant about any course of any type there are not many out there of any type that are not an outright scam of one type or another designed to do nothing but separate you from your hard earned cash .

My bet would be the money could be better spent on horticulture courses from an accredited learning institute of some sort

Talked to someone who took the course. He claimed it helped him get a Hydro Store job. However, he doesn't agree with Bugbee about a lot of things. He says they don't flower Cannabis but only grow veg. in their program. He also said that they only grow one way, using bubblers in DWC I think he said, something about bubblers.

There are a few colleges offering a certificate program in cannabis growing, the business side of it, and the medical side of it. From the people i have chatted with that took it, they all say they were well worth it.

It is a horticulture course from an accredited university. They just use cannabis as model plant for marketing reasons.
I have not taken the course but looking at their curriculum it looks like it's covering all the basics. You could also spent 200 $ on used textbooks (or you know, free downloads of questionable legality)x invest the time you spent on the course reading those books and have the same or probably a deeper understanding.

I'd be Leary of an accredited university, I went to one in the 70s and look at me now. I sweep the floors there!
