Mine had a very light coat on. I just rubbed it off vaped it. It was just starting to get some on it. I took them out right away and let them sit. It never got worse. So I wiped it off (5 second rule)

DO NOT USE IT IN EDIBLES. I REPEAT well you get it.

I was starting to get dizzy and pass out. (Maybe a partial seizure 100%)

I break it up then keep going over it until it's a dry powder.

I usually aim for 48 hours. I'm fortunate to have a drying spot I can drop the heat to 50° so I dont dry too quickly. I only make hash in the winter so humidity is already low, around 30%, which is good .
Letting it dry too long can cause terp degradation but also makes the hash difficult to work with I've found ( hash texture is also strain dependent as well imo) freeze dryers have taken hash drying to a whole other level. They make it possible to dry hash without terpene loss.
If your opening your hash container daily, that might be enough " burping" to avoid mold. I do this for a couple weeks before long term fridge storage.

elaborate por favor.
You gotta watch some Frenchy vidoes. 20 minutes and you'll have it down. Basically (wearing gloves) hand press the hash crumbles into your palm, keep working it into itself until it resembles a hash paddy. Then stick the paddy in an oven bag and roll it with a glass bottle filled with boiling water. Fold it over and roll it a few times. Really blending it. Take it out, roll it with your hands, and you've made a temple ball.

I've definitely had some larger balls look great till you crack it open. And all mold inside but that was a while ago. It has to be dry before it gets pressed into a ball.

The time involved is the only thing holding me back. I'm getting good returns on pressing flower.
I think it's possibly less time......if you want more than just "some for today" I only have to press once. The bucket takes as much time if I put an oz in there or many oz in there, then I just press once. 4g on two presses of the same stuff and I definitely can press it one more time.
